Sale of property by misrepresentation in family tree

CONTEXT OF THE CASE:

Purchased property which was acquired by the siblings from their father.

They are seven son's and daughters and a daughter and a son had passed away. the daughter information which they didn't disclose in the family tree while sale of the property.

The elder son has informed the court that a property was given to the daughter during marriage.

the three siblings of the daughter filed a case asking for the partition in the property.

The district court has ordered that they should get the share in the property and we have approached the high court for the stay yet to receive the same.

The petitioner has filed an FDP asking for the partition and set up a commissioner for the partition.

I need opinion that may happen in this case as I will be in huge financial difficulty.

As it's a misrepresentation of the family tree and sale I want to know the obligation of the others in case of settlement.

You can sue the vendor for remedy thats the only option, share of a person in the family cannot be denied, try for an solution with the daughter's family, you must have definitely received legal notice before them going for the suit, anyways approach them for a amicable solution otherwise you will be at loss because court will never deny their right in the property ultimately you will have to sue the vendor but thats a very long route which is timing consuming and stressful  ...... also keep in mind "buyer beware" for future transactions ........

Please note I am no professional in any law, just sharing my thoughts to fellow citizen ..... so kindly take help of a  practising professional .......
