Recently our society got registered. We have received all the relevant documents from the builder. One fine day, we notice shop owner marks up vacant parking slot to his name. Shop owner claims he has purchased parking slot from the builder.
Query:
1. Does shop owner is entiled to purchase parking slot if he is not meant to stay here and park his vehicle.
2. Can builder sell the vacant parking slot if it was meant to be with the society.
There is no disclosure by anyone of them as by what date the purchase and sale of this parking slot has taken place.
