Sale / purchase 32G properties..Attn: Mr. Bhagwat Patilji

Dear Experts,

Attn: Mr. Bhagwat Patilji

With regard to sec. 32G of BT&AL Act, the sale of KUL properties are restricted.

Purchaser can purchase only after getting 43M permission.

My query is what is the rate at which one can get the KUL rights / property.

Whether @ 50% of M.v. or 80% of M.V. of that property,.

this is becoz as the rights are not ownership rights, a person is purchasing KUL rights in the property what rate is prevellant in the market....

Pls. give judgments, citations if any in this regard.

Kul rights cannot be transferred by way of sale purchase.if 32g is completed Kul can sale the land after permission of SDO,one have to pay 40 times of Shetsara by vertue of SDO order the amount is negligible.
