I had purchased a flat in 2018 and sale deed done on my name. My question is that society recently done the conveyance deed but in conveyance deed on my flat name Builder's name has been coming.
Now i want to sale my flat.
So can i sale my flat?

1. "IF" Sale Deed was duly Stamp Duty paid and Registered, THEN legally the Flat's Conveyance is already done in your name.
2. Society's Conveyance is done on the Plot of Land and your name cannot appear on this conveyance deed of plot of land.
