A has agreed to sell a house to B for consideration or 5lakh.A is willing to perform hom part of the contract and B has committed a breach of contract

Execute a new agreement of the part.

There is any agreement duly executed  for the terms ,if yes then you can file suit for specific performance ,but if the agreement was oral you need to prove and that will be lil difficlout
