hello there!!
what is the exact procedure once a notice has been issued by the nationalized bank under srfasi to the client?
After 20 days of the notice issue, can bank take the possession of the property?
kindly let me know on s-o-s basis.

yes the bank will take any property on which it has financed kindly appoint a DRT advocate immidiately i can suggest you one law firm in mumbai if you are from mumbai kindly contact them before the expiery of the notice period the law firm is " Niasikwala law office " you can find their address and phone number from google
