My Name is Ajay Kumar, My SBI Card No. is 5264689414154096, due to some dispute i had stopped making payments to SBI Card.
after few months i realized that I'll become a defaulter so requested them to clear there outstanding.
I got following message from SBI nodal Desk Regarding outstanding.

We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you on the matter addressed to us. We are committed to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
We would like to inform you that CIBIL clean up amount of Rs 19792.00 and settlement amount of Rs 11,000.00.We would request you to confirm the payment amount. Post clearance your outstanding dues we would enable to further action.
Hence, we wish to reiterate that we are unable to reverse any charges levied to your SBI card account. As on date, your account has an outstanding balance of Rs.19792.00 /- and we would request you to send in the payment for the same at the earliest,
We request your co-operation with us in the interim.

I approach them for reinstatement also, they agreed to reinstate my Account as well as CIBIL clean up with amount of Rs. 19792.00/-
I have made the same payment to SBI by Cheque on 15-May-2013, and provided KYC documents to SBI executive for Card Reinstatement.
When I checked my CIBIL Report in Sep-2013 Its showing settlement with SBI Card, even i have paid total outstanding with CIBIL Cleanup and Card Reinstatement Letter (Ref. No. 012143503022) and outstanding clean up letter (ref. no. 0120240050766).
I have made a complaint regarding the status to SBI Nodal Desk again. I got Following Emails from SBI Nodal desk

An executive Divya told me that we have got your Cibil today that there is not any outstanding on your card and all negative flags has been removed.
Then I ask her regarding My fresh card status after long hold she told me sorry we can't reinstate your card your account has been permanently blocked. We have request for reinstatement but SBI disapproved application.
I ask her reason, she told It's SBI internal policies and just because your card has closed with settlement.
Also she told me that you can apply for a fresh card after six months.
As per our conversation you told me that we will send you fresh card within 10 days but costumer care update is totally different.
After your requested time period I asked you about status always you ask for more time your customer care department has same updates as per previous there is not any improvements.
I'm totally disappointed with your internal department seniors executive always not fund on floor to respond customers query.
When I checked my CIBIL I found there negative updates from SBI CARD.
Please guys suggest me how to short out above problem.
