Sir i m a man belonging to scheduled caste....recently i found record showing that i m owner of a piece of land (record no 449)....as per map i found that person next to my land who is owner of land no.450 has tresspased on my land i showed him map but he is not ready to get out of my land..i went to local revenue officer to help me but owner of land 450 bribed him and he is not helping me...what should i do to get back my land andget its boundaries marked.....

You have to file a suit for declaration and possession in the civil court
