Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a student pursuing a course of Company Secretaryship under ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). During the pursuance of this course I found the laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights more interesting than any other laws in this course. Therefore, I decided to dive and swim in IPR, but I think there is hardly any career scope for the students who pursue knowledge in the field of IPR in India.
I would like you to answer some of my following questions to help me to get out of this confusion:
1. Is it enough to get a good career scope in the field of IPR in India by merely completing the Company Secretaryship under ICSI? If "YES', where in India and oversees?
2. If your answer to the question no. 1 is "NO", what supplementary course(s) would you like to recommend me to get a deep and conceptual knowledge in IPR?
3. Which universities or colleges across India and oversees can provide the course(s) you have recommended in question no. 2 at its best?
