1. Active Practice of atleast 5 years is required, followed by Judicial examination, resulting into appointment of junior judges.  Should not be of retirement age.

one more question - what is judicial examination , when this exam organized
and what are the ways to attempt for this exam and how do I prepare for this examination??

1.  Google "indian judicial examination" and you will get all the details. It is an exhaustive study, training, before getting appointed, on Govt. pay scales.  Not much of a rewarding career. Re-Think.
