SCRAPPING OF SECTION 377 IPC

The section should be diluted only to remove consenting s*xual acts between adults from its purview. In terms of such reading down, it would still be possible to prosecute instances of child s*xual abuse under (an amended) S. 377. 

This Planet is not only for Male and Female and there are other Class of parson, as such it will be humanly impossible to scrapped the section in the name of  what we term it as agsint the Order of Nature though some modifications is welcome.

Mr Y. Prakash you are absolutely right. Consensual s*x should be okayed. but child sodomy should be punished equally as rape.
