The offence under Section 376(2)(n) is punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than 10 years but may extend to imprisonment for life i.e. the imprisonment for the remainder of natural life and also with imposition of fine.

Let me brief you about the section (n) commits rape repeatedly on the same woman, shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than ten years, but which may extend to imprisonment for life, which shall mean imprisonment for the remainder of that person's natural life, and shall also be liable to fine.
