Second hand bike

Sab se pahle yeh batayein ke bike ke original kagzat aap ne us aadmi ko diya hai kya, agar woh apne naam par nahi karta hai to tab tak aap hi zimmedar rahenge, kyonki RTO ke rule ke mutabik bike abhitak aap ke nam par registered hai. Jald se jald bike jis aadmi ko becha hai us ke nam par karein.

There is no complication as on now and you have no case also as on now.  You just have to take precaustion and follow procedure for registeration and just contact RTO office for procedure.
