Second legal wife not living with me 22 months

Dear Sir/Madam, I have got married in December 2015, my wife & her whole family is lawyer, she is not living with her parents from last 22 months & pressurising me to leave my senior citizen parents, I am only son & depending on my father. I have call recording proof of her for more than a year, where she is asking for divorce. As I know honurable supreme court has decided, in such a case a HINDU son is granted divorce in 2016 & voice recording is considered as a valid evidence. Please guide me, now I don't want to be with her, as there are no relations, I am under mental treatment. Thanks, Kumar

If she's seeking divorce, then workout for divorce by mutual consent. A lawyers' family will rather agree for MCD and not litigation for matrimonial disputes for their daughter.

Dear Kumar,
As your wife is not living with you, not interested in you, go for MCD peacefully with out any further litigations

If the both of you want Divorce, agree on the terms of seperation and file a MCD Petition.
