Second wife's share in property

Respected members.... could u please explain to me te details regarding death will... i hav filed for annulment of marriage from my second wife.. and i have also approached te lawyer to create a death will so tat all of my land and house goes only to my single daughter.. if sumting happens to me before registration of death will... can my second wife claim anyting of my land or house?.. since annulment procedure has only begun?

Devi ji she can claim right on ur property during the pendency of proceeding for annulment of marriage.

It is better if u make the will as early as possible.

Thanku so much sirs... but i still dont get it.. isnt death will the testament??.. claim to property during annulment? Only if i die can she ask for land or property isnt it?

If the properties you are talking about is all self aquired by you then your wife cant lay any claim unless you die intestate.you can also make a registered will on your daughters name to be on the safer side
