Section 26 R/W order 7 rule 1 of cpc

Dear Experts,

My wife has filed case under section 26 R/w order 7 rule 1 of cpc, and asking Rs 20,00,000. Could someone tell me what this section for.

Note: Already she has filed divorce under 13ia few months back, which is in evidence stage. Even here she is claiming huge alimony. She is a working woman.

Section 26 r/with O7 is not a special provision, all suits of civil nature are filed under this provision only. You obtain copy of case and right back.
