Dear Mr. Abinash,

Interim Maintenance comes under in Section 125 crpc, where Magistrate can give a direction of monthly allowance alongwith the order of the expenses incurred in proceedings until the case is over.

However, Section 82 and 83 crpc, is related with proclamation, an official document released by the Court if it has been found that accused has been absonding intentionally, so as a result whether in conspicious part of the house where accused resides, or speak out there, or affix in conspicious space in Court as well. And Section 83 deals with the attachment of property of person absonding.

Dear Archana, please clarify a bit more.

Dear Anaita,

As I explained earlier, these sections are interrelated with each other as under Sec 82, warrant issues by the Court, when it has been observed that accused is hiding himself and tried to escape from the Court proceedings, in such circumstances, Court issues a proclamation order and also the attachment of the property as per the case requirement.
