Section 91 crpc

Dear All,

I have submitted two applications u/s 91 CrPC to the ED of the FILs and to the Income Tax officer for some figures in my DV case.

Now the Judge says that - they will reply and there will be arguement.

I knew that there is no arguement for application filed u/s 91 CrPC..

Please let me know whether this is true.

Gautam

Dear Gautam

ou are right there is no requirment for  argument because if  any court or PS Incharge considers word mentioned in the section.

Before the order on your application the court has to justify action on it -and for that your side has to argue the matter.
