Seeking help on divorce

Page no : 2

Rajesh (engineer)     16 November 2013

Hi,

she had accepted for mutual consent.

What is the procedure to get mutual consent.

How much time would it take?

Is there a chance that she can go back and forth on her decissions and

how do i avoid it ?

Sandeep Naik (Advocate)     16 November 2013

It is better to start Divorce Proceedings. Firstly ,he police will not interfere even if she files complaint against u. The person who  gives such threats has never guts to do so. She wants to enjoy the the security as well as live in relation with her friend.

Secondly, it is the work of the advocate who can convince the court how u r suffering and how the mental cruelty is inflicted on u.

Last but not the least, keep patience till u get justice. It will not be easy either for ur wife to through the trauma of facing divorce on the charge of adultry.

U may contact me if u wish so on mobile 99670 56980 . I am practicing lawyer in Bombay High court. thanks with regards

Thanks for the help from all the community members,

We had filed for a mutual consent and we are in the waiting period.

I have the below doubts.

1)Do we really need to live seprately,Or can i let her live with me till the hearing date?

2)If she refuses for divorce on the final date, how does the court handle it ?

3)The filing that we had filed had no claims for alimony from her side,

If she changes her mind due to external influence and ask for alimony, how does the court handle it ?

Thanks In advance
