Pls let me know the procedure to sell the revolver of my father who passed away in june 2012 and was having valid licence.Now my family want to sell the said revolver.My father left behind a wife an four sons.
Pls guide me what is the procedure and what documents will be required,as well which authority will give permission to sell the revolver
