Sending summons to another country by proper channel

I would like to inform that I had filed a divorce petition in 2008 on the basis of desertion as my wife left me to live and work in Dubai. She on the other hand filed for maintenance and Travelling. She is working with a reputable real estate company in dubai and has showed 0 income. How is it possible for a woman working since 2008 till Today with the same company and NO income. Why is the company still continuing with her. I now need to send Summons in order to obtain information on her income and investments and I need to know the Proper channel to whom to send the send the summons. Should I request the Hon'able Family court to send the summons to Indian Embassy Directly in Dubai or to Ministry in India (Which Ministry?) to follow up with Embassy of India. Please suggest as I have a date on Monday and need to file application to issue summons.
