Serious case study to govt. employment

Page no : 2

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     13 May 2014

If your AGM has advised you some option, you may follow it, but please see that the AGM is not an authority to decide, this is Banking service, the matter can reach up to Ministry of Finance too if you want to approach for relief and remedy.

Respected    T Kalaiselvan    Sir

Thanks for your kind and valuable advice. i have taken this challenge  like a game. i am not going to give-up   my right to employment till  all wickets are down, as you have mentioned about  exploring other agencies like Min. of Finance ( like referring the matter to Third Umpire)

i also convey my thanks to  Sudhir Kumar Sir for providing a out-look about ground realities

@ Mr Ravinder P

I am sorry I could not promtly reac to your query

What is the position if FIR has been registered and the accused got anticipatory bail and there is no custody at all.

Employee has a liability to report bail to his deptt and deptt can depending upon the charges decide to suspens employee even without 48 hours of custody (not in each and every case).
