Mr.David died leaving behind 2nd wife and two minor children's. Out of 2 minor children's one is the son of 1st wife and another born to second wife.
Now 2nd wife obtained legal heir certificate from Thasildar included both son's names.
Issue is Eleder son mother's mother filed a application with concerned authorities as claiming natural guardian without any authorizasation from appropriate forum.
2. 2nd wife is claiming compassionate appointment as dependent adult in the family.
Upon objection made by grandmother( Mother's mother) what kind of validity vested and remedies for 2nd wife.
1st wife died prior to 2nd marriage.
