We are a pvt. ltd. co. having a single premise registration in pune..Now we have started another premise in gurgaon from where centralized billing will take place. We want a Centralized registration with the HO as gurgaon office. Now what should be the line of action ?
1) File an amendment changing single premises into centralized. But where will we submit all the documents in this case ? - Pune or Gurgaon ?
2) Apply for a fresh registration in Gurgaon and surrender the old Pune service tax registration.
