Session judge judgement out of law,facts and document

Seaking help for you all to proceed ahead, In our rape case of minor girl, under sec 363,366,376 Session judge pass a judgement without looking to the facts,documents and age proof certificate that " Facts shows that there is a consent of girl therefore age of girl does not matter" and on this basis he gives the relief the  accused.

This judgement was basis , influenced by political peoples.

On this judgement , i want to go to High court but before doing i also wants to bring this case in media, because there is also a chance that this policical influence may work in high  court judgement.

Today we are totally annoyed with the decision, even reputed advocates said, the decision is totally wrong and bias.

i want your helps because these types of things empower criminals to do more crime and also indulge innocent person to go for criminal acitivity. today i totally loss a hope from law.

Now i want to take action against accused and Judge Because in future also judge may affect others life by taking bribes.

You are right, but in this girl age was 16 yrs 8  month at the time of occurance of crime. Secondly all the Statements in support to case are strong, secondly statement in defence was also in favor of case.

I am planning to knock at the door of high cour for appeal and knock at the door of cheif justice for judge act, and put all the facts and evidence with complete analysis in front of him.

But i have one question from you, if your case is strong, your statements are strong, techncailites are also in your case. can a judge pass judgement by using his discretionary power.
