Settlement deed

dear sir,

 

my grandfather gave a settlement deed of his property  to my uncle before 2 years in condition he want to look after his medical expenses but he didnt keep up the word now my grand father cancel the deed and registered a new settlement to his grandson? is is valid or not?  is there any issue to face?

Settlement depends on happening of events. When the transfer is not complete and interest was reserved then the transferee can restore his right.

If the settlement deed was not conditional upon the grandfather being treated property..then it cannot be revoked it is absolute. If there was then terms would be germane.
