my grandfather purchased one flat in borivali, after the death of my grandfather his children including my father eldest 2nd my aunt and last is my uncle are the legal heirs of the said property. My father and uncle staying in our native place and aunt staying in said flat. Now my aunt son want to grab the said flat they are pressuring my father and uncle for obtaining their consent on paper to take the disadvantage of the said property. I want to sue on them but society not giving us share certificate copy. I already send letter for issuing share certificate xerox copy in 2008 but still they not reply me back......now i heard that said property and building going to redevelopment......what can i do now?
