, I have 500 shares of Essar steel , which war previously Essar gujrat. Now during the de-listing I was not avilable in India and again in final cal also I could not submitt them to the co. Now I have approached two time to the Investment Officer at Worli Mumbai who is diverting the application to its electronic data software office and who inturn saying that -shares will be taken back only when company will ask on buy back offer. how many years can I hold them like this
Please advice me Can I approach to SEBI or any other regulatory aurthorities for this . if yes how ?
