Shifting in short notice

Dear Members, I am working as a Manager in a US based MNC from Last two years as Permanent Employee. Our organization's entire activities are taken care by our director in US even salary comes from there every month. All of the sudden 1st of Oct 2013 director from US called for a meet and said that office is shifting to Noida on November 10th 2013. If employees wants they can shift to Noida, company will give hike else you can leave. We dont know what to do. One month is very short notice. Now market is also not good. Company used to give 1 months salary as comp if it terminates any employees but now they are not giving that also. What can we do? Can we file a complaint in Labour court?

in this case company has said that they are shifting. they have no where said that they are retrenching the employees. employees who are willing to relocate can stay in the company and those who don't want to relocate can resign. Thus, if the employee resign then how come the company would give compensation to the employee????
