1.I would like to know about differences between Trade licence and Shop & establishmnet Act?
2.Our company has a branch in Dhanbad.Have got ESIC sub code but till the date we are not having Shop and establishmnet certificate.Plesae tell me legal compliance in respect of ESIC and shop & establishmnet act.
