What will be the fate of a property given on rent without any lease/ rent deed/ agreement? Whether such property can be vacated? whether the rent of such property( shop) can be enhanced ? I f yes, then at what rate?Rent receipt is being paid regulrly.

The property ( Shop) is in Delhi. The Tenant shopkeeper is having a wholesale footwear shop at the premises since 1991.

as you have issued recipt for tenant it clearly shows that he is your tenant. so if you wanted to vacate them you can do it within four walls of the law that means on your personal need you can ask them to vacate unless it not possible. In case if you want to enhance the rent you can do it on your demand. Fair rent fixed available on your local law calculation.
