Ramesh Tikamdas Bajaj (proprietor)     01 March 2010

shops & Establishment

I was registered under shops & establishment act from 1979 and have renewed up to 31-12-2006.

Thereafter I did not renew ,because of ad-interim injuction that I could not enter my place of business, where I have been since 1966. During the final hearing of this notice of motion, it was seen that my certificate mentioned the address details as Bajaj Enterprises, (prop: Ramesh Bajaj) c/o: 8, Himalaya House, 79, Palton Road,Mumbai 1.

What does this c/o. mean. ? I have been doing business from there for so many years. Does this signify that I have not been there at all. (whereas , the truth is that this is the only place of business I have have had since my childhood.)

I could not make the Judge understand that I have been there and doing business there for so many years.

I did explain that I have not renewed because of ad-interim order.

Pls guide so that I can get justice

 This is very urgent

Thank you

Ramesh Bajaj
