In our town several dilapidated buildings have shops in front at ground level and above it's a residential society. As dilapidated buildings are demolished by the municipal as they are unsafe for residents, the shops are not demolished as they are on the ground.
And shop owner with little repair continue their bussiness as it is, while the residents are waiting without any resolution of their property while the shop owners continue their bussiness without any hiccup as well as own the ground level property which is obviously more expensive then a shop under a society. The shop owners refuse to empty the premises or even co-operate in any redevelopment. On the contrary they discourage any redevelopment
Can anything be done for a fair resolution
