Should I file FIR or Court Case?

My son filed divorce petition and suddenly one day on phone his father-in-law started to abuse in filthy language to my wife and warned dire consequences to her.I have recordings of conversations. l apprehend some crual and ugly from them. Should I file FIR or Court Case? Kindly guide.

As already suggested in other thread initiated by you;

Lodge police complaint under proper acknowledgment.

Better seek prior advice from LOCAL counsel.
