No, certainly need not. It is nothing but an attack on weaker sector. No body could say all the judiciary are wifes of Brutus or wife of Rama. Even our former CJI concented that the correption in judiciary. But the dominating group is using the allegation after keeping them as dump and deaf so far . The property whatever it may be purchased before his elivation used as sword againt him, only when he is said to be enter in to higher judiciary is highly partial and intentional.

EMPHATIC NO.
If he is impeached, nothing will remain to lament about corruption in judiciary.
Dinakaran shall not only be impeached, but also should be made an accused under Prevention of Corruption Act, 'cause I remember having read a judgment of Madras HC dismissing a peon of a Government department for having taken Rs.10 as bribe. When such is the punishment of dismissal affirmed for accepting a bribe of a paltry sum that too the man accused of underwent ordeal of full trial, simply impeachment may not be enough. The prosecution shall file a Charge Sheet against him as an ordinary public servant and label him "an accused" and conduct criminal trial in full public view how he acquired so much wealth when he was from an ordinary family and didn't have roaring practice too before becoming a judge, since all are equal under our Indian Constitution.
