Should NREGA Offence be under CBI Act 2010?

From the inception of Indias Independence, the Father of the Nation Mahatma GandhiJi's, main objects was to developed India from the grass roots level: this noble vision has been translated into NREGA 2005 and in 2009 it was named again as Mahatma Gandhi NREGA: We indian should not glorify ourselves by seeing the wealth of Tatas, Birlas, Ambanis etc, etc or eney them, nor we should have the false pride of India as a super Power playing a key roles in Global arena. India can be proud only when we can wiped away the tears from every Indians from those amongst the poorest of the poor from the grass roots level, and this can be achieved only through  noble schemes like National Rural Employment Schemes. However, sadly this has been again siphon of by few people for whom it was not sanctioned. As for example for the year 2010 and 2011 the central Government sanctioned Rs.40,000/- Crores under NREGA, but to my utter surprised, even this money means for the poorest of the poor is misappropriated in many states and I view this crimes more seriously than any other criminal offence  akin to crime against humanity. Unfortunately this is not a schedule offence under the CBI Act 2010, as such I am of the strong view that offence under NREGA should be brought under CBI Act 2010 and I urged all the concerned authority to take this matter very seriously regarding the misused of NREGA money.
