Dear Experts, 

Can the Signature of a Seller Half way Down the Right side Margin of a Half Full Page of a Common Note Book Register just Below the Signature of the Purchaser beside an informal Note agreeing to Pay the Seller X Amount of Money on or before X Date for the Purchase, which has remaned in the Possession of the Purchaser, be Misused in any way by anybody?
