Dear experts,
I have got to know that a person forged my signatures on an affidavit 9 years ago. At that time the concerned person was a minor. What is the law position regarding fogery of signatures by minors. I am not sure how to proceed in the matter as I have been told by some that minors cannot be criminally punished for this. Please suggest.

since it had come to your knowledge only now you can file a case of forgery now over that person

minority is a ground for exemption from civil liabililty but not for criminal liability.
