dear sirs,
I am nataraj. I made a agreement for 4lakh as advance to purchase site with a developer for 2 months and at same time applied for bank loan on site.
Now bank is not santioning loan bcoz of illegal documents of layout.
Now the developer is no returning the advance amount.
Can u please suggest me to take next step to return the money.
