if a review petition is pending in High Court and SLP from the previous order has been dismissed. what would be the impact on the review petition?

I am of the view that where Supreme Court refused to grant Special Leave to Appeal it can not be construed as a seal of approval and the doctrine of fusing the Judgment of the Lower Court in the appelate court would not apply in the case.
