We have a proposal to register a society in the name of OM NAMASHIVAYA under societies registration Act, at visakhapatnam in Andhra pradesh.The Registrar denied to register in the name of OM NAMASHIYA by showing pretext that it is related to Hindu religious.We only want that name only.Whether the action of registrar is justified or not.What are the remedies available to us.Please advice together with all legal provisions and citations if available.
