Society noc & married sisters dispute

I am a widow, my husband had passed away in late 2005,i have 1 daughter and 1 son we have a ancestoral property,my,mother in law and father in law had transfred the property on my husbands name in around 80-90's,and after my husband death the property ( flat ownership basis ) had  transfered on my name,i have a share certificate of society regarding the same.

today i want to sell above mentioned property,can the married sisters of my husband claim their share,and society also forces me to bring NOC from married sisters,otherwise society will not issue the noc for tarnsfer and selling.

please require help in very much  trouble.

Madam,

If the Share certificate and the Registered Deed of the flat stand in your name, then the society has not right to ask for NOC of anybody.

She has no right at all.The society people are misgiuding you.
