Hello All,
A member of a Society in Mumbai passed away intestate and leaving behind no legal heirs. The flat in the Society is in her name. The Society has made a police complaint. The Society has also given an advertisement in the 2 newspapers. The Society now wishes to understand further course. There is a huge outstanding on this flat and the Society does not know hoe to recover these dues. Please advise to take this forward.
