Society share certificate

Dear Sir,

I along with my husband jointly purchased a flat in Navi Mumbai from a builder in year 2004. My husband expired in 2009 and cooperative society was formed in the year 2010.

The society management has not been giving us the Conveyance Deed, Share Certificate, and Society Registration Certificate. They are asking us to give them a copy of Purchase Agreement before they handover us the Conveyance Deed, Share Certificate, and Society Registration Certificate.

Thanks

Aruna

For your purpose only Share Certificate is the relevant nd very imp document for you, why do you need the conveyance deed and the ociety registration certificate, It is reasonable for them to ask for copy of your agreement to ascertain that you are the person owning the flat. Give them the original death certificate a copy of the agreement with a overnight letter asking them to handover the share certificate o you.
