Hi,
My Co-op Housing Society informed all members to submit there Share certiificate copy + Agreement copy for society record purpose.
Society secretary told me verbally and via letter ( Not on Scoiety Letter or Signature on it) if i failed to submit the letter they will fine (penalty) the amount of Rs.1000 per month in maintaince Bill.
Society maintaince will come in Oct'19.
Can society fine the member if he doesnt wish to submit the documents .??
if not, where should i complaint .?
