Initially request the people creating the sound pollution to stop it. Reporting the matter to civic authorities like Municipality and/or Police. If no positive result legal notice through Lawyer including the Civic authorities who are supposed to stop such sound pollution and still no positive result, filing a case on the people responsible including the authorities concerned who should have stopped the sound pollution.

In response to your query,
The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has established the permitted noise levels in India for various areas. The allowed level of noise in different zones for both day and night has been determined by noise pollution standards. The allowed limit in industrial zones is 75 dB during the day and 70 dB at night. During the day and night, it is 65 dB and 55 dB in commercial zones, and 55 dB and 45 dB in residential areas, respectively.
In addition, state governments have established 'silent zones,' which are defined as locations within 100 metres of schools, colleges, hospitals, and courts. The maximum allowable noise level in this zone is 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night.
I suggest that you request an official inspection of your area and identify if the noise levels are violating the levels mentioned above then you may take an action against it.
