Recently I purchased a House with Plot & house constructed on it , which is in Trichy , Tamil Nadu
Promoters is having Joint Venture with Landlord & construction been done by the Promoter.
I got the sale deed ( Land Registered Document), Parents Doc copies with Legal Opinion from the Promoter & I've applied for Patta for my piece of plot.
What else documents I need to have to ensure I have all proper papers in hand?
Please shed some lights. Thanks All !

It is always advisable to deal with a Freehold right or absolute ownership right, which is also called as Warg right. You have to obtain this document
