Specific Performance case after Arguments

Sir,
Last week during arguments, my lawyer briefed court regarding plaintiff failure of readiness and willingness..

Also elaborated court plaintiff never had bank balance (As per plaintiff statement provided in court) to pay balance amount either during agreement time or while filing case..

Case filled in 2013...

Now Plaintiff is filled affidavit stating she will deposit balance consideration (61 Lakh) after 6 years in 'Cash' to court to demonstrate her readiness and gudge told in next date same will decided...

Can court allow to pay money at this stage after completion of arguments from both sides..

Is paying court as cash 61 lakh (Balance Consideration) allowed at this stage, if we can oppose please guide in which way we can file objection...

If she is willing to pay court can conseder that aspect. However you can insist on the fall in the purchasing value of money, simply you can ask the amount with damages and %age of interest as the cfourt may deem fit. However court may ask your desiere ,and you can ask for some %age of interest.

Dear sir

Plaintiff can deposit the balance consideration in court. You can demand the interest for delay in payment and compensation as per your case.
