Did the accused approach high court for quashing the cheque bounce case,?

If so you have to challenge it on merits and supporting documentary evidences in your possession.

He haven't reached the high court yet. 

For the first cheque bounce case, the accused was absent on the first hearing which held on 4th June. And the next hearing will be on 21st June for the appearence.

For the second cheque bounce case, the first hearing will be on 14th June. I don't think he will appear for that.

You were asking about quashing the cheque bounce case but now you say he has not filed any such case before high court.

Let him first appear before trial court and then you can follow up the developments.
