Dear Sirr,
I am resident of slum declared land in bhandup (west) mumbai 400 078. on the land about 200 hutments are there & land is privately owned. 1 year before land ownrers had meeting with us & they put a proposal of redevelopment n SRA scheme. We all r agree to the proposal & land owners asked to give us common consent of slum dweller. A common consent includes slum dwellwer photo, across sign, thumb impression & same was notarised. Landlord formed "Saint George Co-oop Hsg Soc (Prop) & assured us that witihin 3-4 months he will find suitable developer & will arrange meeting with Soc.
Now almost 1 & half year had been passed, land owners neither appointed any developer nor they accepting any developer from Soc side. When asked land owners replied that they want 10 Crore Rs in exchange of development rights for SRA. We also made enquiries with several others local developer but everybody refuses so pay such a high amount to land owners. Land owners were stick to their demand & due to which our proposal has been stucked. So is there is way out for us to push up the proposal furthur.
Pl guide us
Thanks & regards
